My wife and I recently purchased our first car and we had a great experience! We read the reviews and decided to make an appointment at Subaru North Reading. The inventory of used cars is the best in the area, and we were able to find a car (2016 Crosstrek) with everything we wanted! Maria (our saleswoman) was incredibly patient with us throughout the day - since it was our first time buying a car, we had many questions, all of which were answered kindly. We never felt like we needed to buy a car that day or were pressured in any way, yet we also felt that Maria was entirely dedicated to us and finding us a car that suited our budget and wishlist. She did a fantastic job, and has reached out since our purchase just to check in on us!! When it was time to talk about finances, Steve was excellent. He has a remarkable ability to communicate every detail of the finance package clearly, and was fully engaged in explaining each option with us while also not pressuring us to spend more. Additionally, the interest rate he was able to get us was unbeatable, especially considering my wife and I are both graduate students who have good credit yet thousands in loans. Even so, we were able to get 3.84% which was remarkable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience purchasing our first car, and we will be taking our car there for servicing throughout because of the 5-star service we received from Maria, Steve, and the staff we met there!

I was in desperate need for a car since everything I do requires a vehicle. One day I inquired about a vehicle at NR Subaru and was taken care of immediately and with kindness. I’d never driven a Subaru before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. On top of that, I had never leased a car before. John W., made sure I got everything I was looking for with a reliable vehicle and went above and beyond! The staff at this location is fantastic and were so attentive from A-Z. I was not pressured into anything and did not feel that uncomfortable sales pitch a lot of other dealerships give. NR Subaru has a very personable approach to those they help. John was very patient, helpful, attentive to detail, and made sure everything was in place for me to drive the car off the lot. He made the process smooth and easy. Dave Laurie was awesome to work with. No pressure, no games—just straight-up helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I left the lot feeling great about the car and the whole process. North Reading Subaru is an excellent dealership . . I have always felt very welcomed and understood. David Laurie has been extremely helpful , realistic and supportive of my questions and decisions.. He made the process seamless and easy.David also spent a lot of time explaining and showing me how to use all of the new features of the car. I did not feel any of the usual pressure that I felt with previous car dealerships. As a matter of fact, the first time that I visited the showroom, I explained to David that I was on a learning mission only and not once did he mention anything but the details of the cars!
